RENT PROCESSING AND ACCOUNTING At Front Porch Property Services, Inc, our property management software is the top property management software in the industry. You will receive a monthly-computerized report showing all income and expenses of your rental property. In January, we will send out a year-end summary statement for your tax purposes showing all of your yearly income and expenses and categorizing said income and expenses plus a Form 1099. We will process your disbursements and statements to you the 25th of each month. Direct deposits are available with appropriate documentation. We will make your mortgage payments and/or homeowners’ association payments, if you so direct and provided adequate funds are available in your property trust account.We will notify you if adequate funds are not available in your trust account. In the last month of your tenants’ lease, we may hold additional funds in your trust account to protect you by insuring that adequate funds are available to make your rental home “rent-ready”, thereby insuring faster lease ups and less vacancy time |
