THE APPLICATION PROCESS

All applicants should see the interior of the property before an app lication can be submitted. The property must be accepted in an as is condition before an application can be accepted, except where there is written agreement for repairs with the owner. If so, that agreement will become part of the lease. Verbal representations are non-binding.

1. Applicants should:

• Understand that properties are leased on a first come first served basis.
• Check our list of available properties.
• Drive by the ones that will most closely fit your needs.

Call or come by to schedule an appointment to tour the property.

2. All applicants must:

• Complete and return the application (see Application Link for requirements).
  **Co-Signors may be required.
