LEASING YOUR PROPERTY

Our primary objective is to maximize the income of our landlords and their rental properties.

We will show the home by appointment if it is occupied.

We will review all applications and do credit checks, landlord references and verify employment.

We will complete and execute a lease and give the new residents possession of the property after all requirements are met.

We will have completed a Move-In walkthrough.

We will re-key all locks on your rental property as soon as possible each time a new lease is signed.

We will communicate with you on the status of the rental property and send you a copy of the new lease.

All properties are non-smoking units.

We pre-lease our student rentals.
