We are a seasoned property management company with years of experience, both professional and personal. You are probably aware that nearly 50% of the homes, condos and apartments in Fort Collins are rental units. There is a large population of students in this area, which has helped to promote the high volume rental market.

Front Porch is concerned about protecting your assets by progressively marketing your property, finding and screening tenants, collecting rents, monitoring the residence, recommending, advising and following through with maintenance/repairs based on the health and safety of tenants and the maintenance value of your investment.

DON EARLS, the managing broker and partner, had many years of management experience before becoming a licensed Colorado Real Estate broker. He has worked in property management in Denver and Fort Collins. Don’s marketing experience includes a marketing degree from CSU and manager of a major retail department store.

PAM FOSTER is a partner and is also a licensed Colorado Real Estate broker. Pam brings to Front Porch years of maintenance management from her past experience in motel and property management. She has worked for property management companies, was an “on site” apartment manager in Denver and the owner/operator of several motels in Colorado. Pam knows first hand how she feels about finding and keeping reliable, quality vendors who perform repairs/maintenance on her own and others’ properties. Pam also has a background in bookkeeping and auditing.

RHONDA BURRY is a licensed Colorado Real Estate broker and had owned a property management company 14 years before becoming a partner at Front Porch. She brings to Front Porch a professional, easygoing management style and has a vast knowledge of the many intricacies of the business. Rhonda has lived in the Fort Collins area for 32 years.

During our busy season we have additional staff to help with the increase in showings, phone calls and email inquiries.
